Is it right for me?

You already know motion. Now it’s time to use it the way real teams do — fast, structured, and result-oriented.

Here’s what you’ll
get to do:

Delve into how your creatives actually work

Break down what makes ads perform — structure, hooks, and storytelling that go beyond just “looking good”.

Upgrade your workflow with real tools and AI

Work faster and smarter using production setups, AI tools, and processes used in real creative teams.

Build a motion ad for a product

Apply your skills in practice — create a creative that shows how you think, not just what you can animate.

And the best part —

Selected participants may be considered for a role at Gismart, based on their work, approach, and overall fit.
